Bath Time!

Can you tell that Carter loves to take baths? He says duck and ship as soon as we go in the bathroom because those are his favorite toys in the bathtub.

Mommy's Birthday

We went to the Detroit Zoo for my birthday. Again, Carter loved all of the animals, but mostly was excited to see other kids.



He really liked the Polar Bears.





On a side note, Carter took his first few steps on Mommy's birthday as well:)

Talking on the phone

Carter loves talking on the phone. Most of the time, he calls his daddy.
He tells daddy hi and then continues in baby talk.
I'm assuming he's telling him something very exciting here.
This must be Daddy telling him something.

First Trip to the Dentist

I had to get my teeth cleaned and the Pediatrician said that Carter should get a check up. He was such a big boy. He did fine with sitting in the chair, smiled and said hi to the hygenist and then she wanted to look in there....














She gave him a new "big boy" toothbrush and told him to brush his teeth twice a day. See how well he follows instructions....

Carter's 1st Trip to the Zoo

We took Carter to the Toledo Zoo while Jeremy was on vacation the week of the 4th of July. He really enjoyed it. He pointed to everything that was big enough for him to see. His favorite things were...The kids. He absolutely loves kids.

Facial Expressions

Carter makes some of the sweetest and funniest facial expressions. I could be having the worst day and one of those faces, even at 6am.....makes it all better.

Summer Toys

Carter loves to be outside, so Jeremy bought new bikes for us and a bike trailor for Carter. He loves it. The trailor is so nice. It did have a big orange flag on it but Jeremy took it off..I wonder why:)

We decided to get our family picture taken professionally since we had not had it done since Carter was two weeks old. They turned out pretty well to say that Carter had a 10 minute nap on the way there.
