I can't believe Carter is 16 months old. He's walking, talking and tons of fun. He is a very happy baby and we just love him so much!

Water Baby
Carter loves to go swimming. He likes to splash in the water. Judging from the look on Jeremy's face, he doesn't like the splashing as much as Carter:)
